Common questions

How do I permanently delete an account?

In the iOS app, open Family Area, choose Account & Data, sign in, choose Delete account, and confirm. The account and its cloud-saved profile and progress are permanently removed.

Cup Rush does not respond

Wait for the loading bar to finish, then use the on-screen arrow controls below the game. Keep the device connected to the internet while the game loads.
